Wooden skeleton construction

The technology we use today is a modern wooden skeleton construction. Our designs are based on technological solutions commonly used in the United States of America and Canada. The size of the building and its architecture can be arbitrary. Chamber-composted wood, meeting specific quality requirements, is subject to simple carpentry work. Wood moisture below 18% guarantees that it will not distort, warp, or mould. It is also resistant to all types of live pests, and the structure is difficult to ignite, because it is protected against fire. Wall insulation is also made of fireproof materials.

Structures are fixed to stainless steel nails, bolts and profiled steel fittings. The supporting frame of the building is the foundation, the blinds, the rafters,and the floor elements, made of one thickness of timber, spaced in strictly defined modules. The width and length parameters of individual boards are included in the auxiliary tables and include the designer’s requirements for the building’s architecture, utility loads, span, and thermal insulation.

The most commonly used raw material for construction is pine wood. On special order we can build using larch and Siberian pine..
